Property Management

Beckner & Associates, Inc. offer property management for our clients.  Our investors often do not have the expertise or time to manage their own properties.  Both Kristen and Pat have a solid back ground in property management.  We have managed all types of properties -apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and condominiums. 

We have worked with small properties up to 200,000 s.f. office buildings.  We bring our expertise to operate our client’s property cost effectively.  We provide our contacts with area contractors and vendors to insure not only a competitive price but also quality service.  Our fees usually are in the $.50/s.f./year area depending on the size of the project. 

We do not manage small projects such as individual homes, duplexes, fourplexes, etc.  These are best managed by the owner or a firm specializing in this type of real estate.
